Pepper in brine

The product is prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all fungal infection and insect, toxic residues and taints. After collection, process the pepper (washing, cleaning). Once empty and clean put the pepper in the drums and fill with the brine (water+ salt+ vinegar+ citric acid)

Packaging materials are approved for for human consumption and comply with EU legislation.
